private island

Moondaisy meets sail for the first time.

Henley waterfront

Approaching Henley yesterday

More Huf stuff - I presume
Somehow the older, wonkier ones have a less pretentious charm.
The makers of Huf Haus (I think that's what they are) seem to have monopolised one reach of the Thames - terribly smart, but to my eye they don't belong here with their Teutonic rigidity

and the night shift comes on - we think they are spectacled geese, but they can't confirm this.

it wouldn't be the Thames without swans - but knocking on the hull at 6.30a.m. for breakfast ?

Crew #3 befriends the local duck mafia

The sun shining on the righteous.......
Spending a day in this lovely place - the island is only about 100m long, but is shared only with a local duck. It is hard to believe that we are so close to an awful lot of people. Plans to move on later may have to be reconsidered. maybe tomorrow. The bad news is that we are nearly out of coffee. Will Tesco deliver here ?
